Die Forschungsgruppe "Infektionsepidemiologie" beschäftigt sich schwerpunktmäßig mit Vorkommen, Risikofaktoren, Behandlungs- und Präventionsmaßnahmen bei multiresistenten bakteriellen Pathogenen.
Projekte
Aktuelle Projekte beschäftigen sich mit der Epidemiologie der Erreger insbesondere bei Langzeit-kolonisierten Patienten, sowie den Themen Umgebungskontamination und Optimierung der Präventionsmaßnahmen. Weitere Informationen bietet das MRE-Netzwerk Baden-Württemberg.
Wir untersuchen Nachweis und Stellenwert von Legionellen, Pseudomonaden, Schimmelpilzen und atypischen Mykobakterien im Trinkwasser.
