Bachelor / Master Thesis
Bachelor and Master thesis are available in the fields of
- MRI imaging techniques
- Data and signal processing
- Data analysis and visualization
All theses will be performed in a highly interdisciplinary environment involving basic physical aspects of MRI and multi-modal imaging as well as clinical aspects of the methodological work.
Theses can be perfomed in the context of whole-body clinical imaging as well as in the context of small animal pre-clinical MRI.
Current topics comprise:
Development of an animal bed for multi-modal PET/MRI imaging | V. Rasche |
Analysis of the performance of an 11.7T MRI system for neuro spectroscopy | I. Vernikouskaya |
T2 and T2* quantification for short T2 tissue | V. Rasche |
