Dear parents,

Your prescription enquiry has been received. All valid requests will be processed promptly.
If we do not yet have a referral slip from your paediatrician for this quarter, please hand this over as soon as possible, otherwise your request cannot be processed.

Please note that due to the increased number of requests and the organisational postal delivery times, some prescriptions may only arrive after 2 weeks. Please refrain from contacting us by e-mail or telephone.
Prescriptions for narcotics (BTM) are only valid for 7 days from the date of issue and are therefore always issued on Mondays and sent by registered mail.
