Cancer Immunology and Translational Lymphoma Research Group: Our group is dedicated to unraveling the complexities of B-cell receptor (BCR) and G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Waldenström Macroglobulinemia (WM). To inhibit the dysregulated BCR-GPCR signaling in various lymphoma types, we are (1) exploring the naturally occurring inhibitory peptides, a project supported by DFG CRC1279 Human Peptidome, B01 led by Buske, C., and (2) developing tailored immunotherapeutic antibodies targeting cell surface receptors, with funding from Fritz Thyssen Stiftung, Project No. 10.23.1.012MN, led by Maity, PC.
