DGP Annual Meeting 2026: Bornavirus Encephalitis in the One Health Context

At the 109th Annual Meeting of the German Society of Pathology (DGP), which was held in Augsburg this year, we contributed in two ways: as part of the local organizing team and with a scientific contribution on human bornavirus encephalitis.

In line with one of the conference’s main topics, “One Health”, we presented our project, “Mapping Viral Distribution and Immune Responses in Human Bornavirus Encephalitis”, which investigates the viral distribution and immunological profile of the disease.
