Die Rolle von sozialer Kohäsion und Teamkohäsion im Arbeitsplatz
Projektbeschreibung
Team cohesion is an essential factor in team effectiveness and organizational performance. However, our understanding of this concept has been until now limited due to several issues. This study aims to deepen our understanding of team cohesion by exploring the roles of different mediators on team cohesion levels and investigate how team cohesion influences both the mental health of participants and their work performance. Additionally, we will investigate how Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) can be used to assess these features and how this could lead to future interventions.
By addressing these objectives, we hope to contribute to the understanding of team cohesion and its impacts in the workplace. This research aim to bridge existing gaps in the literature and provide insights for both academic understanding and practical applications in organizational settings.
