4T-Score Rechner

Das „4T“-Scoringsystem wird klinisch weitreichend eingesetzt, um die Wahrscheinlichkeit abzuschätzen, mit der eine Thrombozytopenie durch eine Heparin-induzierte Thrombozytopenie (HIT Typ II) bedingt ist.

Kriterien auswählen:

1. Thrombozytopenie (Thrombocytopenia)
2. Zeitlicher Verlauf des Abfalls (Timing)
3. Thrombose oder andere Symptome (Thrombosis)
4. Andere Ursachen für Thrombozytopenie (Other causes)
Gesamtpunktzahl (Max. 8)
0
Niedriges Risiko (Low Risk)
Interpretation des Scores:
• 0 - 3 Punkte: Niedriges Risiko (Low Risk) für eine HIT.
• 4 - 5 Punkte: Mittleres Risiko (Intermediate Risk) für eine HIT.
• 6 - 8 Punkte: Hohes Risiko (High Risk) für eine HIT.
