Hintergrund: Der GARFIELD-AF-Score zieht im Gegensatz zu rein additiven Scores komplexe multivariate Interaktionen heran, um ein präziseres Bild des 1- und 2-Jahres-Risikos für Mortalität, Schlaganfälle und Blutungsereignisse parallel abzubilden.
